It is also home to annual Art's and Crafts festival that is held every spring on the streets of downtown Fairhope. While in Fairhope or Point Clear, you may even get to experience a Jubilee if you're lucky enough. This phenomenon usually happens in the months of May through October, and when the oxygen levels in the water get low enough to push bottom feeding fish and crustaceans to the bank.
